Simon Duchaîne

– IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY, NOTARY & LEGAL ADVISOR –

Holding a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa and a Master degree in Notarial Law from the University of Sherbrooke, Mtre Simon Duchaîne entered onto the roll of the Order of Notaries of Québec in 2015 to practice Law in Canada and more specifically in the province of Quebec. He is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association – Immigration Law Section, as well as the Gatineau Chamber of Commerce and is also a Director for the Chamber of Notaries of Québec.

Mtre Duchaîne completed his law internship at a renowned law firm in the Ottawa region where he then practice business law and real estate law. In 2017, throught the establishment of the web 2.0 and immigration policies of the Canadian government, Mtre Duchaîne and 2 associates started a law firm aimed toward serving international clients.

Mtre Duchaîne practices primarily in the field of Immigration Law and Business Law.
